These terms cover buying from Teemoro. They are written to be read, not to hide anything — if a line here is unclear, write to us and we will explain it before you order.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we start production, and we may decline one before that — for example if an item cannot be printed as ordered, if a price was clearly wrong, or if the personalization breaks the rules below. If we decline, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full.
You can change or cancel an order until production starts, which is 1–3 business days after checkout. See changing or canceling an order.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars.
The price shown on the product page is the price charged, plus shipping shown in the cart and any tax required by your state.
Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
If an obvious pricing error slips through, we will contact you before printing and either honor it, correct it with your consent, or cancel and refund.
Personalized items
What you type is what we print — spelling, capitalization, dates and spacing come through exactly as entered. The preview shown before Add to cart is generated from the same file the printer receives, so please read it rather than the field you typed into.
Because a personalized item cannot be sold to anyone else, typos are not covered by returns. Everything else — print defects, flawed blanks, wrong items, transit damage — is covered for 30 days. The full rules are in the return policy, which is part of these terms.
What you may not ask us to print
You keep ownership of text and images you submit, and you give us permission to use them for the single purpose of producing and shipping your order. By submitting them you confirm you have the right to do so.
We will refuse and refund an order that asks us to print:
Someone else’s trademark, logo, or copyrighted artwork without permission.
Threats, harassment, or content attacking a person or a group.
Sexual content involving minors, or anything otherwise illegal.
Another person’s private information.
If you own rights you believe are being infringed by a listing here, write to support@teemoro.com with the product link and proof of ownership. We take the listing down while we review it.
Our designs and this site
The designs we sell, the photographs, the text on this site, and the Teemoro name and logo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Buying a product buys the product, not the design: reselling, reprinting, or redistributing the artwork is not allowed.
Using the site
There are no customer accounts. You look up an order with the code shown on your confirmation screen; treat it as you would a receipt, since anyone holding it can see that order. Do not attempt to break, scrape at damaging volume, or interfere with the site.
Liability
We stand behind what we control: the print, the blank it goes on, and getting the right parcel to the right address. If we get that wrong, you get a replacement or a refund — that is the remedy, and our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control, nor for a gift arriving after a date we did not promise in writing. Delivery estimates are estimates.
If something goes wrong
Write to us first at support@teemoro.com. Almost everything is settled in one email, usually within a business day. We would rather fix a problem than win an argument about it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. The date below shows the current version.
