Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order

• Email address — to send your order details and to answer you if something goes wrong.
• Shipping address and name — printed on the label and given to the carrier.
• What you ordered, including any personalized text you typed, so it can be printed and so we can settle a dispute later.
• Payment reference from the payment provider. Card numbers never reach our servers — the provider handles them and gives us back a reference and an amount.

When you just browse

• Pages viewed, products viewed, cart actions, and basic device information (screen size, browser, country), tied to a random ID — not to your name or email.
• Standard server logs, including IP address, kept for security and debugging.

We never put personal details into analytics: no email, no name, no address, no order code, and none of the personalized text you type onto a product.

Cookies and local storage

These are all first-party. There are no advertising cookies.

• printstyle_cart — keeps your cart between pages. Needed for the shop to work.
• printstyle_recent — the handful of products you looked at last, for the “recently viewed” row.
• tm_aid (365 days) and tm_sid (one visit) — random analytics IDs. They tell us that one person looked at four pages, not who that person is.
• Local storage — your wishlist stays in your own browser and is never sent to us. Clearing site data clears it; it does not follow you to another device.
• printstyle_admin — only ever set for shop staff signing in to the admin area.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics switches to anonymous mode: the 365-day ID is not stored, and events live only for that page view.

What we use it for

• Printing, packing, and shipping your order.
• Answering your emails about an order.
• Preventing fraud and abuse.
• Counting which pages and products work, so we know what to make next.
• Meeting tax and accounting obligations.

We do not send marketing email, because we do not run a mailing list. If that changes, it will be opt-in and this page will say so first.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that have to, and only the part they need. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

• Our print partner in the United States — your name, address, and what to print.
• The carrier — name and address, to deliver the parcel.
• The payment provider — the payment itself. They give us a reference, not your card.
• Our hosting provider — the servers this site and its database run on.
• Authorities — only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Orders — kept while we may need them for tax, accounting, and dispute records.
• Support email — kept as long as the thread is useful, then deleted.
• Analytics events — kept in aggregate; they are not linked to your identity in the first place.
• Cart and recently-viewed cookies — expire on their own, and clearing your browser data removes them immediately.

Your choices

Write to support@teemoro.com and we will, within 30 days:

• Send you a copy of what we hold about you.
• Correct anything wrong.
• Delete your data, except the parts we must keep for tax and accounting records of a completed sale.

We ask for the order code so we do not hand someone else’s details to the wrong person. You can also block cookies in your browser; the cart will stop working, but browsing will not.

Children

This shop is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
